Caregiving can be a deeply spiritual and rewarding experience. However, caregiving can be stressful and frustrating if you think you will have a supportive community only to learn that you are virtually alone on your journey. Believe me, I know how that feels and after a few friends reached out to me and created opportunities for much needed respite, I started to appreciate the importance of self care. I learned that self care does not need to be an elaborate expensive getaway. I developed a deep appreciation for the brief respite or breaks away from a stressful environment. Appreciating the difference that self care has made in my own life, I decided to put it all together and share this course with you.
